Would this O/C '46-S Lincoln be slabbed as "No Date"?

Just wondering if there's enough of the last digit in the date for this to be slabbed without being designated "No Date". In-hand it's more obvious that it's a '46-S and not a '40-S, and it does not exhibit what appears to be the rubbing on Lincoln's cheek and forehead. "My photography skills aren't the best"..... to quote an all-too-often used Ebay phrase.....

As long as it is obvious, it will be slabbed as a 46S. I have plenty of experience with these.

It looks like it would get the date on the holder to me.
