if I don't pay for the secure plus service when submitting to PCGS, can I still receive a + grade on a coin?

    If you want to try for a "+" - the coin must be
    submitted on a Secure Plus submission form.
    BTW - NO crossovers either; submissions can be
    raw or already in PCGS holders.

    You can download the form easily enough.
