The mature and polite way to describe material that is not up to a particular
individual's standards is simply "not for me, thanks." It seems to be part of
our current national lack of true civility -- name-calling and general denigration
are more the rule than the exception lately.

I often wonder if the anonymity of the Internet is behind some of this?
