Grade Modifier in the New Larger PCGS Bar Code?

I noticed that PCGS is introducing a new larger bar code and when you get specific one of the elements of the bar code is associated with a "Grade Modifier" starting March 25 it says. A few other interesting things to note as well.

Right on the front page of PCGS.com. You can click on view specific details under the brief article that talks about the larger bar code.

Interesting....I can't imagine that's THE big one though...

Grade modifier suggested to me a PQ or +/- system. Perhaps it is really only for designations like RD/RB/ FH/FBL or the like, I just found in curious as well as a few of the reserved for later portions of the bar code.
