Check out the 1 is in the wrong place and the 5 is off/different.

Looks fake. The denticles are all uneven and blend into the reeded edges.

If it's fake, it's certainly a very sophisticated fake, and highlights the need to do something soon involving trustworthy authentication. It's already a numismatic emergency. I'm hoping the big PCGS announcements coming March 25th do not ignore this issue.

I do not believe I would ever buy a gold coin raw. I would only buy them slabbed

by PCGS, with a their guarantee that the coin is real and the grade as marked. Now

please excuse me while I take another drink of my Cool- Aid.

This one has been recycled. Ambro pointed out this same coin on ebay about 6 months ago. Fake then and fake now. The seller pulled that listing but now it is back!
