Shipping to Canada help needed . . .

My ebay listing says that I ship only to U.S., but the winner is from Canada. Two questions:
1. Do I need to complete the transaction?
2. If I ship to Canada, what is the recommended method? The coin value is $900, and I need tracking/proof of delivery to satisfy ebay.

Didn't you know canada is part of the US ?

But registered mail seems the safest.

Canada part of the U.S.? Apparently those guys at the 49th parallel in uniforms with the letters "CBSA/ ASFC" and "CBP" across the left chest don't think so.

Use International Priority Mail or Express Mail.
