I don't think the Bust Quarter Collector's Society is very active. I was a member in 2002 and 2003, but gave up on the group. Hopefully, it is more active these days.

The BQCS is under the John Reich Society, with Glenn Peterson in charge of the quarter club.

Edited to correct email address. The John Reich Society web page had a tiny error in the address. Thanks Barndog, for pointing out the error.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

I believe the JRCS officers listing has a typo in Glenn's address. Leave out the "c" and it will be correct.
  • Thanks guys!

I've seen some nice presentations at the summer ANA BQCS meetings, so if you attend a summer ANA be sure to try and attend the BQCS meeting.

It used to be nice when the "First Quarter" newsletter was being sent out to the group, and when there was an email address service that pinged questions and answers about bust quarters back and forth for all the members to see. I see this as the void that keeps the group from being seen as more active since it always seemed to bring the group together more - or at least let you know that the group was out there by the communication.
Searching for bust quarters.....counterstamps, errors, and AU-MS varieties, please let me know if you can help.
