Another Roosevelt "S" in torch?

This time, on a 1952-S that was in our holder....
Are these pretty common in the 50s dates of the San Fran mint making the Roosies?

A second one? Hmmm, I will have to look at my Roosevelts.... Ron, if you have two, there must be more. Cheers, RickO

If it's there it's not nearly as prominent as the first example.

I'm going to be contrarian and say I don't think either of these are actually an "S" in the torch.

Does it look somewhat "S"like? Yes, but I've seen a lot of weird things with digital photo artifacts.

Someone is going to need to get one or more of those to Fred W (or someone similar in expertise) to convince me.

Gonzer, I agree...not nearly as prominent, but looking at it, it seems the serif and everything is there....

Lanlord, that's ok. I wouldn't mind if Fred wanted to see them, but on the other side, I am just collecting for fun and doing the same with the pics. It is ok for those that see them and it is ok for those that don't believe it either image
