<< <i>Paid mine this morning. Under my account, invoices. >>
I tried paying - but after I entered the credit card info- and entered - they wanted a billing address. I entered the same address they had on file [ nothing's changed with me - even though they charged their web site ] . I hit re enter - and was brought to the same screen as before- "Billing Address" Required.
Enough nonsence - I just emailed Raeleen Endo and told her to charge my credit card. I never have this problem with Stack's or Heritage. For that matter, I never had that problem with Bowers and Merena either until the new web site change.
I picked up a beautiful Proof IHC in PCGS 65 for my 1891 Proof set as well as a stunning 1889-P Dime in PCGS 65 for my date set - and a very pleasing [ and very well struck for the issue ] 1898-O Dime in a PCGS 64 holder.

Did you check the little box by your shipping address? When I did that it worked for me.
Their site well, bites the big one, for paying invoices. I don't do the snail wait thing, I want to either have it emailed or see it on the site. No emails from them at all, and only yesterday did I see my invoice on their site. It is very bad business compared to Heritage where I can pay immediately after the auction and get my items within a week.

Are you saying that you see your Heritage invoices on their website immediately after the sale? In my case, I don't - if I recall correctly, that's usually a few days after the sale has ended.

Thanks for the heads up. I paid my invoice through the website today, but never received an email notice.
<< <i>Just got the email.
Me too, even though I already paid it in Baltimore and picked up my coins.

Yup, I did that. Still nothing.
Well, I received an email from Raeleen - she charged my credit card - and the coins will be
shipped sometime before the end of the week.
