This is an ICG graded MS 66 1938-D Buffalo. Gorgeous golden tone & hammer strike.
I bought this coin after comparing it side by side with the same date & grade PCGS OGH & NGC graded buffalo.
This ICG coin was prettier, better struck and way more detailed than either of the top two pieces I was comparing with.
This is truly a case of "buy the coin and not the holder".
