Have come across only two DC's in change, and about a dozen or so Puerto Rico.

I have not been able to fill a tube with 2009 quarters. Have found about 18 all told.

If I were the remaining territories, I'd be concerned...............

First, New Hampshire's "Old Man in the Mountain" is featured, and it collapses a short time afterwards.............

Now, American Samoa is featured, and a giant tsunami hits..................

I've actually done fairly well finding them. All P coins (but being in NY, that isn't a surprise) but I've found every issue so far except the US Virgin Islands, which just came out.

Most of mine are coming from the laundomat, but not all!

I've found two DC quarters in change. That's it for the '09s.

I have a few extra loose "P" ones thru American Samoa. Those I had to take a walk down to the Mint for and feed dollar bills thru the coin changer/exchanger for - - as I fear I will also have to do for the final 2 territories......

As far as thru circulation/change, I've only see a couple of DC. The rest came via trades or a walk to the Mint or Fed buildings.........image

My bank has been getting all the 'D's and I got a roll of the D.C. 'P's last time I was in D.C. Have had NO luck on '09 dimes and nickels. The banks just don't have 'em.

I share your plight as well. I have 1 dc, 3 guams and just this week received my first new formative years one cent.
