Weird Looking PSA 7 1965 Joe Morgan I Won

Can you guys help me out with this one? I received a 1965 rookie Joe Morgan today PSA 7 that I won on
an ebay auction. The card looks different in the holder than other PSA cards that I have. It almost looks like
the card has plastic around it or that its in a penny sleave. My question is----Did the first PSA graded cards
have this look? The certification number checks and the holder doesn't look like it has been tampered
with.

    YES they at times use that sort of slab.

    Thanks Steve. I think this is the first card that I have in my collection that looks like that. It has a
    glossy look to it. I prefer just having the card in the holder surrounded by the plastic.
