I was just there last week. Had an incredible dinner at "MIX" on the top floor of Mandalay Bay - not cheap, but that chef is amazing. Check it out if you are in the mood for a nice meal while you are in Vegas.

I would have loved to have gone this week to Vegas, but I am in NYC this weekend. Maybe next time at the event for me.

I'm fairly certain he doesn't actually cook there regularly, but Alain Ducasse is an excellent chef. Mix is also a recipient of a coveted Michelin star.
