How long for mechanical error to get fixed?

I'm in no hurry, but was more curious as to how long does it take from them to re-do
the flip and send it back to you? I have 1 card that I sent back. They've had it for 2 weeks now.
What causes some of these crazy mechanical errors (besides being mechanical, cos I know one of you will say it)?
I can understand the card number being off or missing, or misspelled player's name, but when you get something
off the wall like a different year that's way off, or completely different player name....someone that wasn't even in
your submission, etc.

A gun won't fix the mechanical errors. Guns don't fix errors, people do!
BTW, mechanical errors are the direct result of sloppy data entry and failure to acurately proof the final product before packaging for shipping.

I just got 2 cards back that were labeled wrong. It took exactly one month from date logged in to date shipped.
