PCGS Pops report dilemma: 2007-W APE 10th Anniversary set makes no sense...please advise

    I would say so with only the last digit being different on those PCGS numbers.

    Maybe it’s simply a subconscious admission that there is no difference between a “first strike” and non-“first strike” coin.image
