How do you create and place your own Icon without having to choose from the list?

    You have to wait for the 15th of every month.
    The 15th is icon upload day.
    A special box opens up on the bottom of your profile.
    Upload from your computer. Cannot be more than 100 X 100 pixels

    If you need any help resizing or cropping a pic just post it.
