Mint: We are unable to answer your call at this time

Just tried calling the MINT to check on a subscription. I guess they are not taking callins now. Tried three times and pressed two different options Anyone else having the same problem?

NP - just call back latter. They are only human. Probably the receptionist is on the potty. She'll be back to her post presently.

Edited to add - on maybe the cut-over the call center in India isn't going as smoothly as Moy would have liked.

Same problem since yesterday for me.

You can place an order, but you just can't ask any questions when something isn't right.

Maybe all the incompetent people got fired for the multiple fiascos and there is no one left to answer calls?
Maybe they are all in retraining since they obviously don't know any answers and lie to customers?
Maybe someone found the switch to avoid calls coming in since they are scared of everyone calling in and knowing more than them and having proof that they are screwed up?
