Literally seconds ago, I was handed "In Yankee Doodle's Pocket". Now it's a race to beat
Literally seconds ago, my secretary handed me a package. It is the new "In Yankee Doodle's Pocket" book. On its face, the book looks great. There is a full color dust jacket, and it is printed on quality paper. I checked to see where it was printed, and the good news is that it was not printed in China. Rather, it was printed in Canada, which is not as good as the USA, but I cannot complain too much. As an added touch, the author personalized it, and even included a bookmark specially made for this book, complete with a little gold tassle attached. The invoice was also presented with another handwritten note, thanking me for the purchase, and addressing me as "Mr." This Nipper guy does all of the little things.
I look forward to putting on my non-smoking smoking jacket, and perusing the book this evening in my overstuffed chair. Hopefully my solitude with the book will not be disturbed by any capital calls by my mother in law, and I can lose myself in the coinage of the early American period.
I am also going to pull an all-nighter so I can beat RYK with a review on these boards.

I am just in the process of verifying some of the references...x
In your goal to become the "official PCGS message board book reviewer", you don't have to be faster than the others, you just have to be better!
