Registered mail in/out of LAX......

I have one package that's 15 days late going TO California and one 10 days late coming back to me.... Talked to USPS today and they told me of some changes to "registered" mail going in/out of LAX...

Anyone else right now wondering why it's taking so long for their registered mail to get there or come back..... ??

    What were the ship dates? Don't know about LAX but if it's really 15 days LATE it must have been shipped in July.

    Heard from a bird this morning that people are experiencing problems with USPS Express Mails going poof through LAX.
