I'm surprised UD hasn't tried to capitalize on Topps A&G success.

I guess maybe they did with Goudey, but that was a poor attempt. I really thought they might do a Goodwin's Champions set, which is far more beautiful than A&G in my opinion. Maybe cards that require 100% art are just too expensive to print, i.e. 2002 Heritage.

I really would have loved to see a retro N162 set.

07 Goudey was just a terrible set in almost every way. It was totally an attempt to compete with A&G, but failed miserably. While i have your attention, I still need 209 and 223 from the SP set ...hey, at least I put it together, which should allow me to hate on it as much as I want.
