Conservation is just that…it’s not intended to make a coin grade higher, it’s to stabilize a coin so any further deterioration is kept in check.
In this case, we assume the customer who paid to have this done was satisfied with the results and that's all that really matters.
What a train wreck... if you want a dipped coin go buy one. There are already an oversupply sitting around collecting dust in dealers' inventories and please leave the originals alone
