Peace Dollar VAMmers - a question on 1934-S VAM 3

The 1934-S Peace Dollar is an expensive coin in MS to begin with - what is the additional value for the Doubled Tiara VAM 3?

Additionally, would you say that this VAM has a premium commensurate with other Top 100 VAMs on scarce dates?
