1878-P,8T,Double Or Triple Reverse.Guess the Vam!

Because I can't.Unfortunatly it's a cleaned coin I picked up in a dealers junk box,but oh my the doubling or tripleing.All letters on reverse,wreath leaves and arrow heads are either doubled or tripled.Take a look,too bad it's cleaned. Any ideas?
