Check your Bulk/Junk e-mal folders

E-bay is now sending e-mails from overseas and they go into my bulk e-mail folder. I found two coupons from their customer service department. At first I thought they were phishing e-mails as they were sent from RIPE net in Amsterdam.
I logged into paypal and was able to use the coupon.
