Opinions on this Cracked Franklin

I had posted this a few weeks agao. Did not mention the nice crack on the reverse. Crack extends from the "A" in America at 1:00 across the top of the bell and ends just shy of the rim at 8:00. Any thoughts on this Franklin Half Dollar?

Tape residue....just use pure acetone. You may have some toning from it after you are done, depending on if the coin toned around it.

I've never, ever, seen a crack like that on a Franklin, so I'm going with what 66RB said.

I am not sooo sure it is tape residue. I am still seeing a crack. A quick dip would tell more.
