1878 Vam Id's needed, one identified- now a 3rd rev is it Vam 223? washed out L -new purchases

I picked this up today in a group of coins for melt value, its a 7/8 tailfeather variety, I think it may be one of the Hot50 coins, or am I wrong? It has the broken tip on 4th star to right and the die gouge above blossoms. To bad it looks to have had an old lite cleaning- hairlines, but its started to re-tone, looks AU-55 or so? Here are some photos of coin and close ups, any help apprecitated:

Wew, that Id was quick and going by olive branches and the bow I guess its Vam 39 as posted. Now here's another of todays bullion purchases, its a 7 tailfeather reverse of '79, the L appears washed out and the whole area over polished, as well the lowest wheat stalk ( I think thats what is supposed to be) has been shortened and is farther away from the R in Pluribus. Also on reverse it does have the two parellel lines inside the bow- hard to see because of dirt in photo. I am thinking Vam 223? Grade VF-ish?
