Should I contact PSA about this submission?

Howdy!
I pulled a dumb one yesterday! I sent in 10 supersized cards under the regular service ($15/10 service). I didn't realize that the 5 day/$13 special includes SUPERSIZED cards this month... they haven't been included during the previous 5 day/$13 specials. Should I call psa
on Monday and try to have my order switched? It would save me $2 per item and 5 days of wait time.. Any possibilities of them changing
the order?? Your thoughts!

  • I had a similar situation. However, my cards were already logged in and in the grading process. I asked and PSA issued me credit vouchers.

You may want to wait until your cards are in grading. That way they won't be put aside(i.e. delayed) as a problem order.
