would have been nice if...

when ANACS returned my 1920-S Walker the 1st time for PVC residue, they had also told me that it had an added mint mark. Would have kept me from submitting a 2nd time image

    Ouch, I think I'd be talking to cust service on return of fees. Probably won't help but.....

    what approximate grade are we talking here? i only ask because in lower grades a 1920 (philly) and a 1920-s are very close in price making me wonder what somebody's motivation would be to add the mint mark....now if we're talking EF or higher thats a different story

    and, by the way, sorry to hear you had to send it off twice to find this out

    When they saw the PVC contamination, they probably bagged it without further examination.
