i think the two lights are the flash and the natural light. Should i shoot only under a direct light with out the flash on

Only use one type of light. You will never get a good white balance with two different ones. Try turning off the flash.

when i use the flash i get like yellow tint.

With the flash (assuming the white is set for the flash), any stray incandescent light or diffused sunlight will make the image appear yellow
