1941 proof cent before and after NCS

I had an ugly 1941 proof set sent it to NCS
This is the only before and after pic I have
I was overall please with the outcome
It graded PF64brown

    Looks like they used MS70 on it.

    wow...that looks way sweet and if you don't mind me asking...how much outlay was it for the ncs+grading?

    It's been a while but if I remeber it was 15.00 for NCS ( I see they've gone up in price and time turnaorund) and economy for grading, The only thing making it
    cost effective was sending the whole set. Which turned out good.

    Keets noticed a frankie I was trying to powerwash was a type 1, and offerd to send it to NCS for me

    It came back this. Al (keets) saved it from certain death as I was ready to drill a hole in it and make an xmas ornement out of it

    They've done nice work on a couple of early proof lincolns for me...I plan on continuing to use them when necessary...

    Sure looks like it -- similar to what Gmarguli did to the fugly proof Indian Cents.
