What's up with all the e****x user name bidders on Ebay?

I keep seeing high bidders whose Ebay name is a letter or a number, then several asterisks *** then a letter or a number again. Like 8***8, or e***s. And you can't click on their feedback number, you can only see bidding history by clicking on the Ebay ID.

It's eBay's new way of hiding bidders' identities from the rest of the bidding world.
    When in doubt, don't.

Just another way to say bidder1,bidder2,bidder3. but now you can see their feed back, make it easier to find the shills maybe, it just started.
