FSH, Missing clad 1995 Washington quarter

I thought I would try this here before putting it on the bay.
This is a 1995 Washington quarter from circulation. The obverse clad layer is missing and it weighs 4.6 grams. A normal quarter weighs in at about 5.7.
Its is NOT a mint fresh coin. It has circulated. No camera so I scanned it through the 2x2 holder.
Im asking $125.00 Or best offer. Shipping is free to forum members and I now take paypal.
.

Sure hope this shows up correctly.
