I would guess MS64.

At worst MS63.

(By PCGS or NGC standards).

I've had quite a few of these graded over the years and always seem to get MS63/MS64.
The only MS examples I have found have been from mint sets and are well struck and have decent luster but always have at least a small scrape on the obverse and/or reverse.

Have some Ex. Fine to AU examples I have found in circulated halves from banks.
They are out there.
