NEW & IMPROVED, Now with PCGS Plastic!!! 1878 7TF VAM 123 Morgan PCGS MS63DMPL - Finest & O

This coin is a little bit different as it is rarer than anything else I've ever offered. It is a 1878 7TF B2 Reverse Morgan Silver Dollar which has been certified authentic and initially graded at MS63 DPL by NGC, and now blessed by PCGS with the same grade & designation. This is the single finest known VAM 123 and the ONLY known MS example. There are currently only 6 specimens of the VAM 123 known to exist, all in circulated condition. The finest of which is an ANACS XF45 example that most recently traded in May 2006 for $4,000.
Below are images of the coin. You can verify the attribution, the actual value of the previously traded XF-45 coin, condition census, and trade history by CLICKING HERE.
Offers in the $20,000-$25,000 range will be considered.

<< <i>I might understand your sentiment about the coin if it were equally graded and assigned the DMPL designation by PCGS. In the case of a coin like this, the technical merit of the surface designation and grade assigned is just as important as the variety, especially since the coin apparently just went from a $7K to a $18K-$20K price.
Try to understand that the coin was "cherrypicked" at $7K+, not sold at $7K+. The $7K+ sale price was the final result of only 2, count em'... TWO bidders competing for an unattributed coin.
Now, properly attributed, with a letter of authenticity from Leroy Van Allen, and featured in the 2008 FUN Platinum auction with every VAM collector simultaneously bidding for the single and only known mint state example, would provide the true market value for a coin that didn't actually exist until yesterday. So until this coin is actually traded as an attributed VAM 123 in Mint State condition, MS63 or MS62, DMPL or PL, PCGS or NGC, the real value is unkown. $18-22K might even be a rip.
But I thank you for your opinion just the same.

I personally know of a PCGS AU50
Still an amazing coin.
Offers in the $18,000-$22,000 range will be considered.
I hope you sell it for that. But my experience with these kind of price levels eliminate 99.9% of all vammers. I doubt I could get that for
my PCGS 1878 8TF VAM 14.7 in MS63 DMPL, even as a Registry coin in a PCGS holder as a finest known!

A VAMSlab sticker, of course, which would disqualify it for a CAC sticker.
