Attorney Needed (who is a numismatist)

We are getting ready to make our coin auction site, ilikecoins.com live and running. There are several legal matters we want to look at before doing so. These include:

-Formation of an LLC

-Investigation of existing site patents to see if licensing of the concept is necessary, and to see if any part of our concept can and should be patented.

-Creation of a user agreement

If you are an attorney, and are interested in working with us on these matters, please PM me with your information...we do have a business plan available if required.
