WT? .... PCGS quarterly submission special

I have ONE coin that I would like to submit to PCGS. I am not a subscriber & this would be my first time ever submitting a coin for grading.

I am hoping to find someone who is NOT going to use their quarterly submission (lettered edge) that would be willing to help me out??
