How do you determine the value of high grade MS darkside coins where the highest grade listed in Krause is XF? What if there is not a record of auction or other sales of said coin?

It's like everything else, It is worth whatever somebody is willing to give you for it

The coin in question is a Chile 1844 ½ real in NGC MS66...also a real of the same year in MS63. Any ideas?
