As for value, well I don't have a Krause handy, but the 2007 Japanese Numismatic Dealers Association puts (what the description equates to a gem) at 20,000 yen...but no distinction for Red vs RB vs Brown.
But how can you put a price on something exceptional, and from your pictures, that one looks to qualify
