From my experience, many of the Astros are very accessible during spring training. Sit outside the ballpark a few hours before the game and many of them will walk right past you and sign autos.
Same can be said about the Tigers in Lakeland and Indians in Winter Haven. A lot of the Tigers end up at Hooters right there in Lakeland. There's also a 7-11 not far from the ballpark where you can run into Jim Leyland in the morning. The Indians players tend to end up at Cypress Gardens on off days...
