There, that finishes Canadian 50c 1937-1967 for me.

Just finished it with a 1947 Maple Leaf. 1948 was the difficult one. It took me 2 years to find one I liked.

In high grades the '47 ML is more difficult to find than the '48.

    Congrats.

  • Before 1937? Yeow...heheh. Morgan dollars have eaten away at my spare cash. Who knows, I may head in the pre-1937 direction. For some reason, I love Canadian 50 cent pieces. Go figure. LOL.

Not surprised, probably not many were set aside. Both my '47 ML and '48 are VF.

Yup, just had to have a full Carson City set. Only lack 1893-O,S and 1894 now. But, I have been thinking about taking the Canadian set pre-1937. Probably could be done a step at a time, over the next few years.

You need a nice 1921 in VF to match your set so far. image

    Sure, check's in the mail.image

At least can go back to 1929 without a gap. Since 1929 are melted 1921's, don't they count as a 1921? heheheh

    Congratulations! image
  • Much thx for all the congrats!
  • ...and I just bought a 1931 in Fine condition. Maybe I'll work on 1911-1936, minus the 1921. Unless someone wants to loan me a few $$$.imageimage
