An original 2" diameter 1886 bronze medal commemorating the two hundreth anniversary of the receipt by Peter Schuyler of the Albany City charter from Governor Dongan July 22, 1686. Medal depicts this scene on one side and the early seal of the City Of Albany on the other and was engraved by G H Lovett N.Y.. Medal is in very nice condition and is completely fresh to the market from an old local estate.
