Kerajaan-what does it mean?

While browsing my ABC coins last night I noticed that this 1967 20 sen from Brunei had Ajaan's handle on it.

In the spirit of the new year Ajaan, can you tell me what it means?

    kerajaan (government, kingdom)
    trozau (troy ounce gold)

Yes, but more specifically a teacher in grade 6 or higher all the way through university. Lower grade (elementary school) teachers are called 'kroo'.
