Anyone ever dealt with Chubberchub on Ebay?

I'm considering buying one of his coins but he has no return policy listed, which usually means no returns. He does have 100% positive with 1798 feedback though.

    Last year I bought a beautiful 1924 toned Peace dollar from him and was very pleased. I ended flipping it on eBay for twice what I paid for it. One of the best looking Peace dollars I ever had.

    No problems at all.
