Got historical price data?

Where can I buy/find price charts for a given coin at a given grade? For example monthly or annual values for a 1796 quarter in AU50 going back a few decades.

Where's that auction for the garage full of red books? That might help

I don't know about decades, but you can get pretty good historical information from Heritage's auction archives. Probably about the best free data out there.

So no company currently offers an online service that allows the user to see a historical price chart for a given coin at a given grade?

the old redbooks didn't have all the grades even that we have today.

Doesn't the Grey Sheet (Coin Dealer Newsletter - www.greysheet.com) sell chart books that show prices over a long period of time?
