ANACS....problems!

I sent a small order to ANACS around the end of October via their 15 day "guaranteed" service. I printed a submission form from their website. Filled it out, made a copy and sent the order in. After mailing the order, I realized there is no submission number on the form anywhere. I emailed ANACS customer service and asked a few questions. First question was how they track submissions without a number. Also asked how would the submitter be compensated for a submission that runs over "guaranteed" service time. And to further the last question, how was the submitter (me) to know when the coins enter the grading process. I guess they are really busy because I haven't received the first word from them. Anyone else have problems?

You have to call their customer service. I have tried emailing them before, too, and have had no replies via that route. However, calling them on the phone works well. And, submission numbers are not on the online forms, but they will put you in their computers and can look you up that way. They were late on my submission and sent me a voucher for two freebies.

ANACS customer service looks things up by last name more than sub #
    from my expereince.

Call them at 800-888-1861. In the event that somebody actually picks up the telephone you can address your grievances with a live person. It's much more efficient to talk to a live person than attempting to make correspondence by e-mail.
