You may not get a truthful answer (some of them are pretty ignorant of what is actually happening with anything) and you may not get an answer you like, but you may as well try.

I understand the last group of sets (I heard 2500 sets still to ship) is shipping from Memphis on Monday. That correlates well to the shipping dates you are reporting. So, I think you have hope. If you don't get the sets or an email advising of shipment sometime next week, then start worrying again. By the way, the "it's shipped" emails frequently are sent several days late. So, don't be too alarmed if you don't hear from the Monday. Probably the best way to know for sure is to check your credit card and see if you get charged.

Does this added supply equate to lower prices ahead... in the near term for the AGE sets ?

Woh! Back up a second, for those of you who received sets this weekend, your order #s appear higher than everyone elses. Are the sets you received 20th AGEs?

Bestday: Its a good bet but price declines IMO are only be temporary. As far as new supply effecting prices, if people who receive the sets rush to sell them on ebay as they did at the end of October, beginning of November, average daily prices could decline somewhat from those recently. Prior to Oct 29th ungraded sets were declining steadily from the $5,400 range to about $4500. After the next group of deliveries 10/29 prices countinued to drop reaching a low of $4150 on November 5th, (though a suspicious presale block of 5 lots sold on 11/7). Once that supply was absorbed, prices have been rising steadily with prices averaging $4843 over the last week.

I suspect that once the mint makes it clear that they're finished with their distribution, it won't take long before new supplies are absorbed and prices bounce back.

I just spoke to a mint customer service agent and was told that there are 812 sets left to ship and they were hoping to have those completed by within the next two weeks. She also told me I was on a waiting list. I think my chances are very slim.

Boy, how unusual of a mint 'customer care' rep to be that specific. I'd bet I know which rep you talked to, though don't want to get her in trouble. Outside of her, the information provided by the entire lot of them is completley worthless.
