Canadian Type set Album?

Hello all, anyone know of an album (besides Coin master) that is issued to hold a Canadian type set 1800's on? Thanks in advance (this would be for a buddy of mine).........Rick

Whitman Bookself Album #9513 has Cents through Dollars.

Dansco used to make the #7210 (Canadian type set 1858 - 1952) and #7211 albums (Canadian type set 1953 - ) but they are no longer manufactured. You can occasionally find them in dealers' old stock or for sale, used or new, on Ebay.

I got mine by advertising right here that I needed a set

If you can't fin a dedicated album then an alternative might be an album that holds 2x2's. I prefer ones that come with a slipcase for attractiveness and instead of 2x2's I use a kointain holder and slide it into the pocket. My favorite album is the Dansco Coin Stock Album #7000 but some other attractive alternatives can be found from lighthouse with their Numis line or through Littleton's Personal Collection Album.

Hi Tim, Actually I have pretty much of the Canadian stuff already, but this question was posted for a buddy of mine in Florida who is trying to complete a Canadian type set and wants a book. I haven't seen one in my travels. Hope all's well in the land of Migs & Honies........Rick

If I can find an earlier (year or so ago) thread or the order sheet, there's a great place to get out-of-print folders & albums, including Canadian Type sets.............. I think it's Chief Coins, or something like that...................out of Oshkosh, WI

I'll search & update if I find. In the meantime, if anyone else remembers or has access to that thread, please chime in.

For people with interest in finding obscure folders & albums........

I posted a while back about a good source for out-of-print Whitman, etc folders & albums, and he might just have what you are all looking for!

He has US, British, Aussie, Canadian, Mexican, Panama, Newfoundland, Crowns of the World, Philippine, etc Albums listed, as well as Whitman FOLDERS for US, Canada, Newf., Mexico, Great Britain, & Australia as well.

He has been a good source of obsolete Canadian, Great Britain, Aussie, & Mexican folders for me twice in the past! He hits several coin shows around the country as well, and seems to run the company just by himself and his wife. So sometimes it takes a little while for a response.

It's been a few years since my last purchase from him, but I have always been satisfied.
