Yeah a lot of variety sets were to come out to settle the SF blunder.
But after a talk to a person (no names, they don't make the decisions, they just follow them) word is not to look for them anytime soon. Meaning once again pleas and promises are to no avail.

I think it will be done after the lincoln 34-58 short set. That was coming in 2003 or 2004
