What percent of online/live auction houses are crooked?

Yesterday morning I placed 2 bids on 2 lots for a live auction on Sunday

I will not see the coins or be around for the live

Last night I check and 1 lot was cancelled -
they had 5 halves calling them 3 Franklins MS amd 1964 and 1998-S uncirculated

I bid a reasonable to me max to me because the Franks look AU, the 64 could be AH CAM, and the 98 looks matte proof

last night the lot was split (with the 1998-S a new XXXA lot) and my bid disappeared

my other bid went from $11 to my $60 max

I think this is a crooked house and will probably not place any more bids with them

what percent of houses are crooked in your estimation??

As far as I am concerned, all auction houses are crooked. The terms and conditions for auction companies are particuarly worrisome, but that doesn't necessarily stop me from buying from auction as is inferred in the last choice....Mike
