1876 Centennial Expo research, great website !! (plus: interesting information for Philly/Trenton ar
I picked up a couple Centennial Exposition SCD's, and in researching them, found this site.
Free Library of Philly link to Cent. Exposition
In particular, I found this subsection, where a 17 year old traveller visited the Expo. Neat to see Trenton, NJ (Hopewell) and Bucks county (Yardley) references first hand.
Link to diary section
Here's the actual handwritten accounts, if you click on the pages you get a more readible version if you're having problems with his handwriting.

In any event, for those interesting in the Centennial there is TONS of info and great pictures all over the place if you're looking for a neat browse.
I almost felt like I visited the area after reading this info !
